Moisture seal
Especially important is the glue for the enveloping machines. Fast taking on of water, fast reaction and high glue strength guarantee a durably sealed flap. The moisture seal does not reduce the time of the envelopes storage capacity.

Self seal
The comfortable way to seal envelopes. This kind of glue has a tendency to dry out quite fast, so that the two components do no longer react and seal the flap properly. This is especially critical with recycled paper. Because of this even an optimal storage and wood-free paper only guarantee that the glue works for one year at most. Big envelopes are stored with an open flap, thus the two glue strips can dry out faster. Thus the storage should not exceed 6 to 9 months.

Grip seal
Combines high gluing power with long durability on every kind of paper. The strip cover protects the glue from drying out. Optimally suited for big envelopes or folded bags.

Printing process
For the printing of your small or big envelopes we rely on flexo and offset printing.

Flexo printing is done during the production of the envelope, that is the printing is done with a roll. The paper length is processed into an envelope without moving over to another machine. The printing image is due to technical reasons not as sharp in its contours as the offset printing. The printing plate wears off during the process. The reproduction of colours varies during this process too. Multi-coloured or halftone printing work within tighter limitations.

Offset printing ensures a fine printing image. There are two different proceedings according to the printing motif and the amount:
Processing from the sheet – here the sheet is first printed in the offset. Afterwards the blanks are punched out to produce the envelopes from them. This makes sense with printing motifs that are meant to run over the brims of front and back. Or in the case of additional, multi-coloured inside printing. With this sheet production special papers (i.e. image papers) can be proceeded, the amount of which would be to small for a roll production.
Belated printing – the most common form. Finished goods, usually standard products from the depot, are printed upon. Technically there are some restrictions or specialties. A printing that slips towards the brim for instance is impossible and usually results in creating "flashes" on the backside. A very important advantage are the fast deliveries and no restrictions as to the amounts. The printing is done on special printing machines for envelopes. Normal printing machines for sheets cannot be used for this.
